Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking an experienced Global Delivery SME to join our Boise team. You will contribute to client implementations, offering deep domain expertise in Solvency II reporting, derivatives, and other asset classes, and collaborate with analysts, team leads, and program managers.

You will drive improvements to Clearwater Way methodologies, build scalable onboarding processes, and act as a trusted client advocate, guiding peers and shaping training materials and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong project management demonstrated with tools like Clarizen, Salesforce, or JIRA.
• Advanced knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures.
• Experience with equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementations for Clearwater's SaaS platform.
• Collaborate with analysts, leads, and program managers to streamline delivery.
• Develop training materials and SOPs; share knowledge across teams.
• Partner with product management to enhance onboarding experience.
• Provide guidance on industry knowledge and act as client advocate.
