Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise, ID, seeks a Data Migration Specialist to strengthen our data onboarding processes. You will use Excel and SQL to collect, validate, and reconcile client data within Clearwater's investment accounting platform, aiming to improve automation, speed, and accuracy.

You will collaborate with development teams to design scalable methods, ensure data integrity, and reduce delivery times while adhering to CW's core values: aggregate, reconcile, report.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's in finance, math, accounting, or economics.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in data migration or finance operations.
• Strong Excel, SQL, and data validation abilities.
• Knowledge of derivatives, fixed income, and securities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Loads and validates client data into Clearwater's system.
• Applies Clearwater Way methodologies to onboard clients.
• Identifies improvement opportunities and leads solutions.
• Coordinates complex activities in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Understands accounting concepts and reporting workflows.
• Maintains data intake, normalization, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
