Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL is seeking an Associate Director, Onboarding Product and Process Design to lead all preboarding and onboarding activities within People Services. You will own systems, templates, and processes globally and collaborate with Legal, IT, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners to ensure accuracy and a consistent employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience with preboarding and onboarding.
• Strong expertise in US and Global activities.
• High level of business acumen.
• Exceptional organizational skills and timelines.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed, multicultural organization.
• Knowledge of HR practices globally and HR systems.
• Understanding of budgeting, cost analysis, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, design, and lifecycle management of internal systems and templates for new hire contracts.
• Manage vendor relationships for third-party preboarding and onboarding providers.
• Own documentation issued during pre- and onboarding, including Employment Contracts and offer letters.
• Design end-to-end process changes balancing user needs, legal accuracy, and efficiency.
• Lead due diligence with data gathering to inform decisions.
• Monitor compliance with employment laws across countries and regions.
• Define and monitor workforce transition metrics and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with HRIT, HRBP, Finance, and Legal on cross-functional impacts.
