Job summary

TaylorMade Golf seeks a Senior Tax Accountant to join a high‑visibility finance team. The role covers US federal/state tax, Canadian tax, and unclaimed property across multiple jurisdictions, with exposure to ASC 740 and tax provision work.

You will interact with external advisors, manage quarterly/annual tax processes, and support M&A activities. A CPA or Master’s is preferred, with 3+ years of corporate tax experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent with related training.
• CPA is preferred.
• Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive corporate income tax experience, mix of public and in-house, with focus on C‑corporations.
• Oracle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for U.S. and Canadian tax matters, supporting federal, state/provincial, transfer pricing, gross receipts, and withholding tax compliance.
• Support ASC 740 tax provision calculations, including current and deferred tax analyses; reconcile book-to-tax differences.
• Oversee unclaimed property (escheat) compliance across U.S. jurisdictions; coordinate due diligence and filings.
• Prepare monthly and annual cash forecasts related to income tax payments.
• Monitor changes in U.S. and Canadian tax law and communicate risks/opportunities to management.
• Evolve tax processes with technology and data to improve efficiency, accuracy and controls.
• Support Mergers & Acquisitions tax due diligence, input, and post-transaction integration.
• Perform other duties as required.
