Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Order Management Systems to own and deliver the global IBM Sterling OMS roadmap, overseeing order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment across channels. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to drive platform reliability and continuous improvement.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise OMS, 3+ years in leadership, and strong stakeholder management with a focus on scalable solutions and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive technology experience in enterprise order management or retail systems.
• 3+ years leading teams, products, or complex system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the global OMS roadmap with clear product plans, releases, and measurable outcomes.
• Own IBM Sterling OMS, guiding order orchestration, inventory visibility, and fulfillment.
• Lead OMS enhancements aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Manage backlog, requirements, prioritization, estimation, and releases.
• Drive platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and capacity planning.
• Oversee integrations between OMS and ERP, eCommerce, POS, WMS, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with IBM/vendor partners to set deliverables and quality standards.
• Develop and mentor a team across product, engineering, analysis, and support.
