Job summary

Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Production Support Lead to oversee L2/L3 operations for IBM Sterling OMS and related integrations.

You will manage critical incidents, drive rapid resolution, and ensure platform stability across large-scale order fulfillment environments. The ideal candidate will have deep OMS expertise, strong problem-solving skills across application and data layers, and proven leadership in production support or AMS settings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling OMS APIs, services, and agents.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/CRM integrations (Dynamics 365, EDI, MQ, REST/SOAP, Middleware).
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, XML/JSON, SQL, Unix/Linux, and log analysis.
• Experience handling high-severity incidents with SLA-driven support.

Responsibilities

• Lead L2/L3 production support for IBM Sterling OMS and integrations.
• Manage critical incidents and drive timely resolution within SLA.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Monitor OMS order flows, inventory, fulfillment, batch jobs, and integrations.
• Coordinate with business users, infra, vendors, and dev teams during incidents and releases.
• Lead deployment support, release validation, and post-production monitoring.
• Identify automation opportunities and operational improvements.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive status updates.
• Mentor team members during escalations and war-room calls.
