Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Colorado is seeking a Manager of Order Management Systems to lead the global OMS roadmap and own IBM Sterling OMS. You will manage cross-functional delivery, drive backlog prioritization, and align enhancements with security and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure reliable platforms, integrations across ERP, eCommerce, and WMS, and ongoing value realization for the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive technology experience supporting enterprise order management or retail systems.
• 3+ years leading teams, products, or complex system initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed order management and end-to-end lifecycle across channels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Director to deliver global OMS roadmap and translate priorities into plans.
• Serve as application owner for IBM Sterling OMS and guide cross-functional teams.
• Lead delivery, deployment, and adoption of OMS enhancements aligned with architecture and security.
• Manage OMS product backlog, requirements, prioritization, estimation, and releases.
• Drive platform reliability through monitoring, incident management, and performance tuning.
• Oversee integrations between OMS and ERP, eCommerce, POS, WMS, payments, fraud, and data platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors, systems integrators, and partners to set deliverables and standards.
• Develop and manage a team of product, engineering, analysis, and support professionals.

Overview

What You'll Do

• Partner with the Senior Director to deliver the global OMS roadmap, translating business priorities and platform objectives into clear product plans, releases, and measurable outcomes.
• Serve as the application owner for IBM Sterling OMS, providing functional and technical guidance across order orchestration, sourcing and scheduling, inventory visibility, promising, fulfillment, cancellation, returns, and exception management.
• Lead the delivery, deployment, and adoption of OMS enhancements that align with enterprise architecture, security, and engineering standards.
• Manage the OMS product backlog and delivery lifecycle, including requirements, prioritization, estimation, dependency management, release planning, change control, stakeholder communication, and value realization.
• In partnership with OMS Operation Lead, drive platform reliability and operational excellence through monitoring, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, performance tuning, capacity planning, disaster recovery to ensure business continuity,
• Oversee integrations between IBM Sterling OMS and integrated systems such as ERP, eCommerce, marketplace, point-of-sale, warehouse management, , payment, , fraud, tax, and data platforms, partnering closely with Architecture, Integration, Infrastructure, Security, and Data teams.
• Collaborate and work with IBM vendor partner, systems integrators, software vendors, and consulting partners, through helping establish clear deliverables, service expectations, technical quality standards, financial accountability, and knowledge transfer plans.
• Manage and develop a team of product, engineering, analysis, and support professionals, while fostering accountability, strong documentation, cross-training, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive technology experience supporting enterprise order management or retail industry systems, , including 3+ years leading teams, products, or complex system implementation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed order management and the end-to-end order lifecycle across retail, eCommerce, marketplace, and wholesale channels, including fulfillment, cancellations, returns, and exception handling.
• Strong demonstration of product ownership, understanding business and company requirements and priorities and translating that into actionable system plan and roadmap
• Demonstrated experience managing agile product delivery, roadmaps and backlogs, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and coordinating cross-functional releases.
• Proven success managing and improving critically important enterprise platforms through operational support, performance optimization vendor management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong people-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to develop team members, influence technical and business partners, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability in a fast-paced global environment.

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
