Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Global Offline Brand Protection Manager in Denver to lead cross-border enforcement efforts, coordinate raids, seizures and investigations with external vendors and law enforcement. You will oversee a global network of investigators and ensure adherence to VF’s brand protection standards.

The role requires 5+ years in law enforcement, corporate investigations, or law firm settings, strong project management, and knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, corporate investigations, or a law firm environment.
• Significant experience leading physical/offline anti-counterfeiting enforcement and coordinating with law enforcement and customs authorities.
• General knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights and Trademark Law.
• Demonstrated experience planning raids and seizures and coordinating with law enforcement, customs, and prosecutors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience building and managing a network of external investigators, vendors, and counsel globally, including budget and vendor-management responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enforcement activities across jurisdictions and with external partners.
• Lead large-scale investigations involving test purchases, surveillance, intelligence gathering, and evidence development.
• Oversee physical enforcement operations including multi-jurisdictional raids and seizures.
• Provide investigative leadership for significant fraud matters and asset recovery efforts.
