Job summary

VF is seeking a Global Offline Brand Protection Manager in Denver to oversee a network of investigators and external vendors, coordinating multi-jurisdictional enforcement actions against counterfeit goods. You will lead test purchases, seizures, and border actions, working with law enforcement, customs authorities, and internal teams to safeguard VF brands.

The role requires 5+ years in law firm, law department, or corporate investigations, and a strong grasp of IP rights and trademark law.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading physical/offline anti-counterfeiting enforcement and coordinating with law enforcement and customs authorities
• General knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights and Trademark Law required
• Demonstrated experience planning raids and seizures across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience building and managing a global network of external investigators, vendors, and counsel

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of VF's offline brand enforcement program by coordinating activities and monitoring performance
• Lead large-scale investigations including test purchases, surveillance, and evidence development
• Coordinate with investigators, enforcement vendors, and internal stakeholders for consistent execution
• Plan and oversee multi-jurisdictional enforcement operations and border actions
• Provide leadership and expertise for significant fraud matters and asset recovery efforts
• Support cross-functional coordination across Legal, Product, Supply Chain, DT, Security, and regional teams
• Develop and deliver offline brand protection training to employees and external partners
• Manage relationships with external investigators and service providers to ensure effective enforcement processes
