Job summary

VF Corporation seeks a Global Offline Brand Protection Manager to lead end-to-end enforcement programs across jurisdictions. You will manage external investigators and enforcement vendors, plan raids and seizures with law enforcement and customs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of brand protection actions.

You will also develop training for employees and partners, contribute to strategy, and optimize enforcement processes on a global scale.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading physical/offline anti-counterfeiting enforcement and managing engagement with law enforcement and customs authorities.
• General knowledge of Intellectual Property Rights and Trademark Law required.
• Demonstrated experience planning and executing raids and seizures and coordinating with law enforcement, customs, and prosecutors across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience building and managing a network of external investigators, vendors, and counsel globally, including budget and vendor-management responsibility.
• Working knowledge of customs recordation and border-enforcement processes domestically and internationally.
• Strong project management cross-functional influence, and program-management skills on a global scale.
• Demonstrated research, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to apply investigative research skills to analyze information and build cases.
• Ability to assess legal risk and escalate appropriately.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end offline brand enforcement efforts across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage a global network of external investigators and enforcement vendors.
• Plan multi-jurisdictional raids, seizures, and border actions with law enforcement and authorities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution of enforcement activities.
• Develop and deliver offline brand protection training to stakeholders.
