Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or military experience considered in lieu of education requirement.
• 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security.
• 2+ years of experience in at least two areas: Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, Breach Attack Simulation, Threat Hunting, Offensive Security, SOC, DevSecOps.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve SC Johnson's global Offensive Security program, identifying and reducing risk.
• Influence enterprise security strategy with key metrics and trends.
• Design and run non-destructive attack simulations emulating adversary behavior.
• Collaborate with Security Architects, Engineers, and GIS teams for testing plans and remediation.
• Manage Offensive Security tools and platforms to validate security controls.
• Create repeatable processes to prioritize findings in a risk-based manner.
• Assess new technology platforms and provide findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality related to security posture and testing activities.
