• Experience leading engineering-intensive, low-volume/high-mix development within a self-contained manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of FAA/international airworthiness requirements, AS9100, and export-control compliance.
• Domestic/international travel required; valid passport required.

We're an aerospace electronics manufacturer with full in-house design-to-production capability and approximately $120M in annual revenue, is seeking a Vice President / General Manager to own full P&L and day-to-day operational performance at one of their manufacturing sites. This is a senior site leadership role reporting to executive/group leadership, with accountability across Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales & Business Development, Product Support, Finance, and HR.

Key Responsibilities
