Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a senior leader to drive construction and commissioning for the Advanced Nuclear business in the United States. You will guide strategic initiatives, optimize delivery against SQDC metrics, and build a high-performing, diverse team.

You will champion safety and quality, manage costs, and collaborate with clients and EPCs to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. Travel is required up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 15+ years leading construction and commissioning in energy or heavy industries.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and drive excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for advanced nuclear construction projects.
• Lead best-practice development for on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Build and lead diverse teams of construction experts.
• Ensure safety and adherence to EHS/Quality policies.
• Manage subcontractors and lead claim negotiations.
• Own cost planning and budgeting for C&C scope.
• Oversee site activities within SQDC parameters.
• Identify training needs and develop personnel.
