Job summary

GE Vernova seeks an experienced leader to drive strategic construction and commissioning projects for the Advanced Nuclear business in the United States. You will build and lead a diverse team, ensure safety compliance, and guide site execution from RFQ to warranty while managing subcontractors and partner relations.

The role requires 15+ years in heavy industrial construction/commissioning, strong leadership, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or other technical or business-related field or equivalent experiences.
• Proven leadership in construction and commissioning in energy or heavy industry for 15+ years.
• Deep understanding of construction methodologies, commissioning processes and best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and ensure seamless execution of construction and commissioning projects.
• Develop and implement best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget and to SQDC standards.
• Oversee site activities, manage subcontractors and negotiate claims.
• Own ITO costing for C&C scope of Turnkey Power Plants and guide partner management.
