Job summary

Cooler Master is seeking a Director of NPI Sourcing & Operations to architect and scale our Advanced Systems supply chain for high‑end workstation products. You will own end‑to‑end NPI lifecycle and synthesize OEM/ODM networks into a single, efficient model, overseeing Capex, contracts, and global distribution.

Lead a global team to optimize CTB processes, push for zero bottlenecks in critical components, and drive manufacturing excellence across worldwide partners and factories.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior supply chain operations and NPI management.
• Experience launching complex systems (laptops, workstations).
• History managing multi-million dollar MSAs and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the NPI lifecycle from concept through mass production.
• Synthesize OEM/ODM supply chain with Tier-1 manufacturers.
• Own complex contract negotiations and MSAs.
• Manage Capex budgeting and automation initiatives.
• Architect a global distribution and logistics network.
