Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering with manufacturing emphasis.
• 12+ years in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or NPI in electronics/connector manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong data-driven problem solving using SPC and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate global NPI activities for multiple sites.
• Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on DF/DFM.
• Analyze process data, recommend improvements to ME team.
• Coordinate process qualification and customer samples through NPI.
• Transfer to Production after development and qualification complete.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of manufacturing, supply chain, or product problems.
• Document process specs, work instructions, and change notices.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to improve yield and reduce cost.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma; mentor and lead a team.
• Communicate with stakeholders; manage projects end-to-end.
• Support audits and regulatory documentation; travel as needed.
