Amphenol Communications Solutions in Schaumburg, IL is seeking an experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global NPI teams, drive process development, and oversee daily production processes. You will ensure quality and efficiency while coordinating with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.

The candidate should have 12+ years in engineering with a strong leadership track record, and expertise in process qualification, DFMEA/PFMEA, and data-driven problem solving.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electromechanical or Mechanical).
12+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or New Product Introduction within electronics or connector manufacturing.
At least 5 years in a Manager role.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate activities for the NPI teams globally.
Lead Design Reviews and provide feedback to Design Engineers on components and assembly connectors (DFM).
Own root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and customer complaints.
Mentor and lead a team, fostering accountability and excellence.
