Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
- Experience supporting global manufacturing operations and high-volume production.
- Knowledge of automated manufacturing lines and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of electronic assembly processes (SMT, soldering, reflow, pick-and-place).
- Willingness to travel ~30% to facilities in Mexico or Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Lead DFM assessment and manufacturability analysis for new product development.
- Support scaled global manufacturing and mass production readiness.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, lines, and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs meet manufacturability and cost targets.
- Support trial production, ramp, and mass production implementation.
- Drive cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with automation teams and plants to implement equipment and processes.
