Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a Project Manager for Customer Programs to drive successful new product launches in the Power Solutions Group. You will coordinate between Product Management, Engineering, Site Operations and global teams to ensure on-time delivery across front-end stages.

Responsibilities include prototype builds, documentation for NPI, tooling and ramp-up oversight, and international collaboration.

Qualifications

B.S. in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
Experience in connector industry preferred.
Experience in NPI and manufacturing transition beneficial.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Product Management, Engineering, Site Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment across all phases of front-end customer projects.
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to drive clarity on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Support key customer initiatives in the Datacom segment by managing timelines, deliverables, and communication flow.
Coordinate prototype builds and documentation required for NPI success.
Ensure smooth transition from design to manufacturing, with clear oversight of tooling, test, and production ramp‑up activities.
Maintain project plans with defined milestones, risks, and dependencies.
Track progress against goals, identify bottlenecks, and proactively elevate issues to maintain momentum.
Coordinate and transfer/transition manufacturing processes to production factories in Asia/North America.
