Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an Experienced NPI Process Engineering Manager to lead global NPI teams and drive process development, DFx/DFM reviews, and manufacturing transfers. Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electromechanical or Mechanical).
• 12+ years of experience in Process Engineering, Process Qualification, or New Product Introduction within electronics or connector manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of current experience as Manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven analysis (SPC, Six Sigma).
• Experience in high-speed stamping, injection molding, or plating is a plus.
• Leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate activities for the NPI teams globally.
• Participate in Design Reviews and provide feedback to Design Engineers on components and assemblies (DFM).
• Collect process data, analyze and optimize assembly processes with the ME team.
• Support process qualification and customer sample activities.
• Lead Transfer to Production after development documents and qualifications are complete.
• Manage root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues and customer complaints.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to improve yield and reduce cost.
