Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and regional Plant Managers to ensure on-time, on-budget production launches with rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in manufacturing production operations or engineering, proven global leadership, and a strong background in DFM, PFMEA, LEAN, and capital
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent is required.
- 7+ years in manufacturing production operations or engineering; global/multi-site experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, DFM, PFMEA, and capital equipment qualification.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the global NPI operations strategy and objectives for all sites.
- Lead the global NPI program teams with Engineering to evaluate manufacturability and risk.
- Coordinate with Regional Directors to align capacity, tooling, and staffing for launches.
- Lead NPI readiness reviews before any new product release to volume manufacturing.
- Establish and track NPI KPIs across global sites and drive continuous improvement.
