Job summary

You will drive cost savings, mentor engineers across sites, and partner with Product, Automation, and Operations to ensure manufacturability and economic viability. Strong Six Sigma and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Process Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams, specifically in Process Engineering.
• Proven track record delivering measurable cost savings via continuous improvement.
• Experience with real savings tracking and post-implementation verification.
• Semiconductor or microelectronics background preferred; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global process standardization and maintain documentation across sites.
• Ensure adherence to approved process standards and methodologies.
• Collaborate with site teams to close process gaps between locations.
• Design products and processes for global manufacturability with various managers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Manage projects from concept to implementation; track realized benefits.
