Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Corvallis, Oregon, is seeking a Production & New Product Introduction Planner to manage forecasts, capacity allocation, inventory, and program delivery. The role collaborates with R&D and NPI engineers to optimize final assembly demand and capacity, reporting status to management.

Responsibilities include publishing build plans, managing shipments to distribution centers, and coordinating with program managers for long-term forecasting.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience using SAP for production control, shipping, inventory transactions.
• Experience with complex planning and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Publish build plans and manage factory capacity and inventory.
• Order management: production shipments to distribution centers and tracking material receipt.
• Lead bi-weekly planning meetings and coordinate factory plans.
• Support transitions from R&D to Production (S4 setup, product costing)
• Report on WOS and inventory delta; monitor cost levers for product cost.
