Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business is required or highly desired.
• 3–4+ years of direct program management experience.
• Experience in new product development or consumer goods is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to address senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration to bring products to market on time.
• Manage risk, schedule, and resource allocation for programs.
• Ensure go-to-market strategies drive high sales velocity.
• Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven decision support.
• Escalate scope, cost, and schedule risks to senior leadership.
