Job summary

Medtronic in Minnesota seeks an NPD Global Product Manager for electrophysiology to translate customer and market insights into product strategy, requirements, and roadmaps. You will identify unmet needs, drive growth opportunities, and partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs to move concepts to launch.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or related field.
5+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management in a commercial medical device setting.
Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel up to 20% (including international).

Responsibilities

Formulates and reviews product plans, goals, and objectives to define the product vision and roadmap.
Conducts competitive analysis and market research of consumer and professional audiences.
Leads VOC/VOB activities and translates insights into product requirements.
Collaborates with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Sales, Clinical, and Medical Affairs.
Represents the company to customers and physicians and guides product development through launch.
