Job summary

The International Center in Indianapolis is offering an internship supporting the Senior Vice President of Operations & Chief of Staff and the Leadership Team. The role touches on general business activities, program delivery, HR tasks, and organizational projects.

Selected interns gain exposure to nonprofit administration, revenue management, and board governance while developing communications and project-management skills in a collaborative environment. Hybrid schedule possible.

Qualifications

• Understanding U.S. and international business and cultural diversities.
• Understanding nonprofit administration, business development, revenue management, program management, client service delivery, and Board governance.
• Understanding human resources operations including recruitment and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze information, prepare, and present findings to supervisor and staff.
• Participate in operations, human resources, program, and service delivery processes.
• Manage organizational projects.
• Attend accounting and development meetings.
• Coordinate outreach events for prospective interns, advisors, and partners.
