Job summary

The International Center (Indianapolis) invites an intern to join the Development and Engagement team. You will help prepare the annual Impact Report, research sponsorship opportunities, and support grant writing activities.

The role also involves donor relations, data management in Neon CRM, and assisting with events. Hybrid work is possible; the internship typically runs around 20 hours weekly in fall/spring and up to 30 hours in summer, with mentoring and professional development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Social media experience helpful.
• Basic understanding of non-profit work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Development Manager and Marketing team in creating reports, grant applications, and solicitation messages.
• Support grant writing and fundraising, including researching opportunities and drafting proposals.
• Manage and maintain a database of sponsors and stakeholders (Neon CRM).
• Support development efforts including donor engagement and events.
