Job summary

The International Center (Indianapolis) seeks a motivated intern to work with the Vice President of Client & Partner Services to assist in marketing, management and execution of the Center’s international programs and services. You will engage in research, marketing and community outreach, administration and special projects; hybrid work is possible.

Typical schedule: ~20 hours/week in fall/spring, ~30 hours/week in summer; pay $15/hour plus an $80 parking stipend.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and strong written and verbal communication.
• Awareness of intercultural contexts and Indiana’s international landscape.
• Ability to research, analyze information, and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials and provide program support for international leadership initiatives.
• Research country information for trainings and briefings.
• Support Indiana-based outreach and opportunities with international ties.
• Assist in planning international delegation programs and events.
