Job summary

The International Center (Indianapolis) invites motivated students to join as an accounting/finance intern, supporting the Senior VP of Operations & Staff, Office Manager & CRM Administrator, and project teams. You will help record invoices, maintain financial documents, attend finance meetings, and assist with financial planning.

Hybrid schedule, 20 hours in fall/spring and 30 hours in summer, with a $15/hour wage and an $80 parking stipend; mentorship, professional development, and access to

Qualifications

• Understanding accounts receivables protocol, budgeting techniques, organizational structure, tracking financial health, and accounting methods
• Ability to gain organizational skills and logically order similar documents
• Proficiency with Excel and basic financial analysis concepts

Responsibilities

• Maintains financial documents
• Prepares and attends finance meetings
• Assists with financial planning – e.g., budgeting and cashflow forecasting
• Special projects to improve financial practices
• Helps prepare and review financial forecasts
