Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA certification required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience; managerial experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology systems; knowledge of QuickBooks Online is beneficial.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaborate with leadership and international teams.
• Integrity, alignment with Life Impact International’s Christian mission to prevent child exploitation, rescue its victims, and heal those harmed by abuse.

Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. accounting operations, including donations, accounts payable, reconciliations, fixed assets, and financial transactions.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online and oversee payroll processing, onboarding, and registrations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, consolidated reports, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Manage sales tax filings, corporate registrations, foreign bank reporting, and compliance.
• Coordinate with external CPA for annual reviews, tax returns, Form 990, and reporting.
• Maintain financial records and budget accountability for international locations.
• Collaborate with accounting staff in Thailand, Burma, and Brazil to strengthen processes.
• Support investment oversight, cash flow analysis, and financial planning.
• Work with President and Operations Manager on reporting and budgeting.
