Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Global Program Associate Director (GPAD) within the Global Program Leadership (GPL) to oversee cross-functional drug development programs across R&D, commercial and TGO. You will ensure alignment, timelines, risks, and budgets, acting as the program’s operational engine and key contact for the business.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSC or MBA) with 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert project management skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge in drug product development.

Responsibilities

• Translate program strategy into actionable global IAPs with GPT/GPTD collaboration.
• Coordinate preparation and governance for stage gates and decision points.
• Manage cross-functional alignment, timelines, KPIs, and milestones.
• Develop, maintain and challenge project plans and forecasts in planning systems.
• Identify risks, drive mitigations, and ensure contingencies are in place.
• Lead GPT meetings, draft agendas, track actions and follow-ups.
