Job summary

Teva Pharmaceuticals USA is seeking a Global Program Associate Director to lead program operations across R&D, commercial and TGO, driving cross-functional alignment and governance for complex asset programs.

The role builds and maintains detailed project plans, tracks milestones and budgets, manages risks, prepares dashboards, and delivers timely executive updates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A MSc or MBA and 8+ years in pharma are preferred, with PMP a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSC or MBA) with 8+ years in pharmaceutical industry.
• Expert project management skills.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to bridge diverse, cross‑functional and geographically diverse teams.
• Advanced knowledge in drug product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead program operations across R&D, commercial and TGO functions, ensuring alignment and governance across cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, risks and budgets; support dashboards and governance reporting.
• Coordinate preparation for stage gates and ensure timely executive communication of project status.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture and drive continuous program management improvements.
