Job summary

Tata Communications Service Operations Centre is the single point of contact for all customers of the International SOC division. This role supports Tata network and solutions, including technical network designs, diagnosing, and resolving complex issues in Network/SD-WAN/Cloud & security.

You will create and administer low-level designs, manage escalations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in IP network and SD-WAN solutions including multiple technologies.
• Ability to resolve escalated or complex issues across services and designs.
• Creation and administration of low-level designs and complex network changes.
• Strong customer collaboration on technical design and service issues.
• Experience with RCAs and PCAs after outages, and cross-functional planning.

Responsibilities

• Expert in IP network and SD-WAN solutions with knowledge on SD-WAN, IP MPLS, Enterprise Data Networks.
• 3rd Line Technical point for resolving escalated or complex issues including services, designs and solution.
• Create and administer low-level designs and the complex changes in the network for services.
• Maintain close relationship with customers for technical design and service issues.
• Create and validate RCAs and PCAs after high severity outages.
• Support cross-function teams for service improvement plans and network migrations.
• Assist with development and maintenance of SOPs, knowledge base, and training.
