Job summary

Citizens Bank seeks a Network Security Platform Manager to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of the Network Security and Load Balancing product line. You will oversee a global team of security architects and engineers, driving automation and a strong security posture across all networks.

The role requires delivering Zero Trust, micro-segmentation, and risk management across on‑prem and cloud environments, with broad exposure to Palo Alto, F5, and cloud security services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in network security with leadership of engineering or platform teams.
• Professional certifications (CISSP, CCNP Security, CISM) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead global team of security architects and engineers.
• Own architecture, implementation, and lifecycle of security platforms.
• Drive automation of policy enforcement and LB configurations.
• Maintain Zero Trust and micro-segmentation strategies.
• Manage audits, compliance, and regulatory engagements.
