Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Network Reliability Engineer to lead the design, deployment, reliability, and operations of OCI’s global network. You will drive long‑term strategy, influence architecture, and build consensus across engineering teams to improve scalability and resilience.

The role requires leading cross‑organizational initiatives, mentoring engineers, and shaping reliability engineering standards and best practices in a hyperscale cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design, deployment, reliability, and operational excellence of OCI’s global network.
• Define long‑term strategy for network reliability and infrastructure evolution across orgs.
• Lead architecture reviews for large‑scale network initiatives and drive standardization.
• Guide automation strategy and influence platform evolution through leadership and collaboration.
• Represent NRB in executive reviews and cross‑org discussions; mentor senior engineers.
