Job summary

Google is seeking a senior leader to oversee server operations and global data-center networking programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure across Google’s fleet of data centers, while balancing business requirements and engineering goals.

The role emphasizes leadership in data center networking, scalability, and cross-functional influence, with emphasis on delivering reliable, high-performance infrastructure at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in program management
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports
• Experience leading technical programs in data centers or networking technologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture and provide feedback on the physical data center environment.
• Be a globally recognized technical leader and subject matter expert on data center networking infrastructure.
• Develop a unified global network program process and prioritization to create agility for shift-left priorities.
• Ensure GSO is an asset across all Google-required network infrastructure, focusing on network capacity in support of the end customer.
• Enable network capability and acceleration in support of ML and next-gen network deployment and maintenance.
