Job summary

Google's Server Operations team monitors the physical and network infrastructure behind Google's technology and keeps servers, networks, and logistics in the global data center fleet running smoothly.

As part of Fleet Management, you will develop relationships with internal customers and partner teams to understand business requirements and goals, guiding a global network program and ensuring capacity supports end users with the best possible experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program management.
• 7 years of leadership experience with/without direct reports.
• Experience leading technical programs in data centers or networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network architecture and data center operations.
• Be a globally recognized technical leader on data center networking infrastructure.
• Develop a unified global network program process to create agility.
• Ensure network capacity supports the end customer.
• Enable network capability and acceleration in ML and next-gen deployment.
