Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Staff Network Engineering Manager for Enterprise Network Engineering and Testing. This role owns outcomes, guides multi-site design, and builds high-performing teams responsible for reliability and scalability of Google's global network.

You will lead end-to-end testing, influence partners, and drive cross-functional programs across Alphabet, requiring deep expertise in routing, test automation, and complex project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 15 years with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting with network equipment providers.
• 3 years of experience managing and building teams.
• Experience in testing and test automation of network designs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and thought leadership to improve end-to-end enterprise networks from design to deployment.
• Identify broad problems and translate into projects for cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for end-to-end network solutions across Alphabet.
• Foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and talent growth; manage other managers.
• Oversee network testing and validation to ensure reliability at scale.
