Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a computing field.
• 10+ years designing deploying and managing large-scale enterprise networks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders.
• Conduct governance meetings and executive updates with clients.
• Communicate incidents, risks, changes and remediation plans to clients.
• Lead network operations, performance, security and compliance targets.
• Oversee incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Guide LAN/WAN/MPLS/SD-WAN network engineering and architecture.
