Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company seeking a Network Field Technician - Tier 1 to deploy and maintain networking hardware at customer sites worldwide. You will work under guidance of engineers and project managers, supporting onsite installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

This role offers hands-on experience in diverse environments and requires up to 85% travel, including domestic and international sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in IT, networking, field service, or related tech role.
• Basic understanding of networking hardware and cabling types.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active work.
• Flexible with working hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Install, rack, and cabling of network hardware at sites.
• Run and terminate copper and fiber cabling.
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues.
• Follow network diagrams and layouts to install correctly.
• Support Wi-Fi survey teams and equipment handling.
• Document installations and site readiness.
• Collaborate with project teams and escalate issues.
• Maintain safety standards and deadlines.
