Pridgeon & Clay Inc in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Network Engineer to design, deploy, and support global network infrastructure including data centers, Cisco security, and VoIP systems. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure connectivity across sites and applications.

The role requires 5+ years in IT, strong communication, and the ability to respond quickly to on-site and remote issues in a global enterprise.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree in a computer-related field with 5+ years IT experience.
• Global WAN infra knowledge and Cisco networking experience required.
• Microsoft Exchange and/or SQL experience required.
• Knowledge of VPNs and firewalls for security.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair network infrastructure and data centers.
• Configure Cisco security appliances, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Design and manage switching and wireless networks supporting voice/video.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Provide on-call support and on-site maintenance as needed.
