GDH is seeking an experienced Enterprise Network Engineer to respond to and resolve complex incidents across North America and globally. You will troubleshoot Layer 1–4 issues, support VLANs, BGP, and WAN connectivity, and work with Cisco vManage to resolve outages.

The role requires 6+ years in enterprise networks, CCNP certification, and strong communication skills. A hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite in Warren, MI is available, with on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise network engineering, network operations, or incident response experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, OSI model, VLANs, BGP, WAN technologies.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and resolve high-priority network incidents (P1) and restore service.
• Troubleshoot Layer 1–4 network issues; support VLANs, STP, WAN, BGP, TCP/IP.
• Support SD-WAN and Cisco vManage troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve WAN/circuit problems.
• Participate in daily reviews, incident tracking, escalation, and on-call rotation.
