Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas seeks an experienced Network Engineer in Durham, NC to design, install, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN, security and related infrastructure. You will lead global projects, deploying standard hardware and software while coordinating with global teams to meet SLA commitments.

The role requires CCNA, 7+ years in network infrastructure, and strong TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewall, and VoIP experience. International collaboration and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years in IT.
• 7+ years network infrastructure experience in a global environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional infrastructure projects and leading at least 2 initiatives.
• CCNA certification is mandatory.
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, VoIP, web domain, and wireless implementations.
• Knowledge of server, virtualization, storage, Active Directory, and DNS.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, manage, and maintain enterprise-wide LAN, WAN, web, wireless and network security infrastructure for NA/LATAM.
• Lead global infrastructure projects and deployment of standard hardware, software, and tools.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement future infrastructure enhancements and ensure SLA adherence.
• Ensure network availability, reliability, and performance across geographies.
