Qualifications

• 3–6 years of enterprise networking experience.
• Experience supporting routing and switching environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise wireless networks.
• Experience supporting firewalls and VPN technologies.
• Experience implementing infrastructure projects.
• Experience troubleshooting network performance and connectivity issues.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Network Engineering and Operations: Support enterprise routing, switching, wireless, firewall, VPN, and WAN infrastructure.
• Infrastructure Projects: Deploy network equipment, participate in modernization initiatives, support site expansions and facility changes.
• Security and Compliance: Maintain network security controls, assist in investigations, ensure IT governance and audit readiness.
• Change and Incident Management: Execute changes, participate in incident response, develop rollback and validation plans, document outcomes.
• Vendor and Carrier Management: Coordinate with providers, manage escalations, support vendor onboarding and migrations.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Create and update network diagrams and procedures, contribute to knowledge articles and cross-train teams.
