Experience in enterprise/carrier routing and data center design is required, with 10+ years in network engineering.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Network Engineering with hands-on responsibility for planning, building, deployment or migrating production networks.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise and carrier class routing, switching, and optical transport platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, and execution for ENS network deployments.
• Provide hands-on design, deployment, migration, and troubleshooting on large-scale programs.
• Drive roadmaps from six months to multi-year horizons to support business growth.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across deliverables and processes.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Data Center, Edge, and Planning teams to achieve shared goals on capacity and reliability.
• Deploy, migrate, and support global production network infrastructure.
• Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiations and evaluations.
• Manage partner engineering relationships to meet business needs.
• Mentor and onboard new team members to raise technical acumen.
• Demonstrate leadership by fostering collaboration and respectful teamwork.
• Travel 10% to 30%.
