Qualifications

• 3+ years in network planning or related technical field.
• Familiar with IP networking concepts, backbone or edge networks, and capacity/traffic analysis.
• Exposure to IP transit, peering, fiber, wavelength, or transport-network planning preferred.
• Ability to analyze technical and operational data, identify trends, and communicate clear findings and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documenting assumptions, findings, and planning recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
