Job summary

HSBC is seeking an Analyst to strengthen relationships with Technology and Innovation clients in a global network. The role supports Relationship Managers handling multinational clients, enabling onboarding, service delivery, and risk-controlled activity across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking, credit, finance, consulting, fintech or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong ability to interpret policies and present insights clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers to optimize client relationships and needs-based support.
• Attend client meetings, prepare agendas, captureFollow-ups and track actions.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, resolve issues quickly and escalate when needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and account maintenance with internal teams for seamless end-to-end delivery.
• Assist in preparing credit applications, annual reviews and monitoring materials.
