Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Network Architect to design and maintain a Global Enterprise Network focused on Software Defined Networking, core routing, automation, and security. The role emphasizes leadership, guidance, and the ability to mentor junior engineers while driving high-level technical standards.

The candidate will champion automation initiatives, handle Tier III escalations, and contribute to architectural diagrams, policies, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven expert knowledge in OSFP/BGP with advanced routing techniques.
• Campus network design including FHRPs, VSS, vPC, VTP, Multicast, STP.
• SD-WAN experience (Viptela preferred).
• SDN configuration, troubleshooting, and design (Cisco ACI preferred).
• Network automation using Ansible, Terraform, and REST API.
• Cloud data center configuration with Equinix/Azure.
• ISE-based network access control (802.1X, AAA).
• Experience with Wireshark and log analysis.
• Experience with monitoring tools (1KE, LiveNX, NNMi).
• Enterprise network architecture design and maintenance expertise.

Aufgaben

• Assist in day-to-day tasks critical to team success.
• Architect and engineer design of Global Enterprise Network in SDN, core routing, automation and security.
• Provide escalation guidance and mentorship to engineers.
• Handle Tier III support escalations from Operations and Engineering.
• Lead automation initiatives and self-service deployments (Terraform, Ansible, YAML).
• Develop, test, document and QA project deliverables and standards.
• Author network diagrams, policies, and procedures.
