Job summary

Ornua in Hilbert, Wisconsin is seeking a Network Administrator to join our IT team onsite. You will support and secure Ornua’s global network infrastructure, maintaining connectivity and performance across LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments.

The role requires 3–5 years in enterprise networking, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba experience, and a Bachelor's degree. You will work with a global team to drive improvements and ensure reliable operations for manufacturing and office sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience supporting enterprise WAN, LAN, firewall, and wireless environments
• Hands‑on experience configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Cisco switches, Palo Alto firewalls, and Aruba wireless solutions
• Working knowledge of MPLS, P2P, SDWAN, VPN, IPSec‑VPN, IDS/IPS, and remote access technologies
• Experience supporting network monitoring, incident management, and security operations
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team‑oriented global environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support and secure Ornua’s global network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity
• Maintain network performance and availability across enterprise LAN, WAN, wireless, and security environments
• Drive continuous improvement across global regions and critical IT infrastructure projects
• Own core network operations and security initiatives to support business continuity
