Job summary

MacroSource seeks a Network Administrator to manage and secure our network environments, including LAN/WAN, UCaaS, and cloud services. The role includes on-site and remote support across multiple sites and a focus on security configurations and performance monitoring.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of network administration experience, a computer science related degree, and hands-on expertise with Fortinet, Aruba, and Microsoft Teams Voice. Some travel to US sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Four or more years of direct experience as a Network Administrator.
• Expert technical skills in a network environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and document the network environment across LAN, WAN, UCaaS, and security systems.
• Lead and collaborate with vendors for equipment installation and updates.
• Analyze system performance data and logs to identify issues and corrective actions.
• Maintain asset information and system documentation.
• Provide on-site, remote, and off-hours support on a rotation basis.
• Manage Teams voice/UCaaS telephony services and related devices.
• Ensure security controls, firewall configurations, and DMZ setups.
